As the founder and owner of Petro Care Management, I bring nearly three decades of experience as a registered nurse—leading a nurse-led practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care that ensures the health and dignity of every individual. Born and raised in the Lone Star State, I uphold the values of hard work, integrity, and Southern hospitality—principles that guide the way I care for my clients.
My journey in healthcare began at Texas A&M University, where I studied Biomedical Science, and continued at Texas Tech University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. Over the years, I have had the opportunity of working in multiple care settings, each shaping my skills and deepening my commitment to patient-centered care.
I started my career in acute care, specializing in cardiac and neurological conditions, where I learned firsthand the importance of thoroughness and empathy in high-pressure situations. My transition into hospice care allowed me to support patients and families during some of life’s most difficult moments, focusing on comfort, emotional well-being, and honoring their wishes. In the home care setting, I developed a deep appreciation for the challenges and rewards of delivering healthcare where people feel the safest. As Director of Nursing of Texas for an in-home care company, I oversaw clinical operations, managed nurses and caregivers, and ensured the highest standard of care for every patient.
